Fucntion of the laser alignment system Fixturlaser NXA Pro:

Horizontal shaft alignment (alignment of pumps, gearboxes, fans, compressors, electrical drives) -BALTECH Vertical shaft alignment - BALTECH ·         Machine train alignment (alignment of several units with rotating shafts connected to each other) “Soft foot”. Soft foot check- BALTECH ·         Target values. Measurement in both cold and hot machine condition- BALTECH Hot check. Compensation of thermal growth and shaft floating on oil wedge in friction bearings (Reliability technologies - BALTECH).

Machine defined data. Makes it possible for the user to save machine configurations as templates, which saves time for configuring machines in future - BALTECH Feet lock. In some cases the machine that is displayed as the movable machine is not movable, or maybe some of the feet are not adjustable. In order to perform proper alignment in these cases, the Feet Lock function can be used. This function allows you to select which feet are locked and which feet are adjustable- BALTECH File manager. Makes it possible to store any number of reports and transfer them to PC- BALTECH
